I have a Squier SSS Strat that’s 4.65/3.5/3.65 k Ohms for N/M/B pickups. Not sure if the output values were originally or intended to be like as a repair or upgrade, even if anyone bothered to try to match them and sequentially arrange & configure it that way ? I think the next restring I may consider getting that sorted out in a more traditional configuration. Maybe I want have to resolder anything and there’s enough wiring to move them around. Might have to reverse the 5 way switch too.
